Talk to me about this "porcelain" and it's sturdiness. Just how frost-resistant do you figure it could be? Most likely use it in a tropical-direction.

I might just buy a few for my own "pleasure" dependent on "as clean as ya'll can" forms.

This looks like a pot I would enjoy planting.

It's a cone 10 grogged porcelain. I tested it at Cone 8 to well under 2% absorption, these are fired on the top 2 shelves of Debbiezula to cone 9-10.
I'd talk about how if they break due to freeze I'll replace em with something of equal or greater value but....
They won't break! That's my guarantee!

What, no drum pots?
I need drum pots.

I need drum pots.
😏

She sent me a picture of one at a house she works in, had string on the outside, kinda "toyish", but... knot, got me thinking about what am American drum is.

Made this Basketish thing the other day that is in the realm.

I'm finally to a point where it makes sense to put effort into different forms, with the right clay, cuz I'll know they'll turn out good.

The beginning is still so far away!

Mostly joking. I do like the idea of the basket thing, though. Maybe look at indigenous American pottery for some concepts that don't involve potter's wheels. Don't emulate, of course, but I've found my best outdoorsy type tips watching frontier reenactors and adapting to my needs.
