Nothing cannot be "taken care" of. Run up to a Local farm supply or big box and get a treatment - sooner the better.

You've got an infestation...the small white ones on the background.

Depending on you plant and where you keep it, Neem oil may be a good choice esp since it is getting colder already.

I wouldn't say it's an aphid or spider mite, you'd need to zoom in very, very close to see those. Not sure what it is though.

Looks like it might be mealybugs...but could also be scale. Need a good close up image. Do they tend to gather in clumps? Do they move around?

The skin looks like it's from a leafhopper...I had an infestation of them this summer on some plants.

I think that the white ones are woolly aphids, I get them on my azaleas sometimes. Get some Bayer three in one and treat your trees, it will knock them right out.

To be clear, were you just wondering about the bug there, or were you questioning the dots on the leaves?

Bug looks a lot like a juvenile leaf hopper

Spots could be scale but its hard to tell from the pics cause they are enlarged and blurry
