Here are some geometric pieces from my last round. I posted these on my blog so they may or may not be new to yew (sorry couldn't resist:p)

Here is a hexagonal piece in a groggy brown clay with a satin glaze:

Here is another geometric pot. This is a large octagonal rectangle...

Planning out the dimensions for these pots is always a challenge.

I probably wouldn't be able to figure out all the special ^(*)*&__)(!#%$#^^%$ (math) without the help of my wife, who teaches honors geometry.:D:rolleyes:

Enjoy

Now lets see yours; handmade or molded is fine with me! (Dale I remember you had some nice ones...:)

Nice ones Rob!

I've tried but can't get the math right so the angles are all wrong...maybe I should ask my son...

The only thing I miss about not being able to keep D trees, is I never get to buy pretty pots, yours are some of the best.

keep it green,

Thanks for the kind words Harry!

BTW, what do you mean by D trees?

It's just a shortcut for deciduous trees, because I type with two fingers and D trees is easier for me than the hold word, most people have picked up on it. All of my trees are conifers and require brown unglazed pots, so the only choice I have is shape.

keep it green,
Harry

Well then, I guess I should make some unglazed and stained pieces for conifers...;)

Thanks again,
Rob
