My wife and I are looking to downsize and move to a townhome soon, possibly even move across country. As such, some Dof the pre-bonsai I've been collecting need a new home. Please message me if interested in anything. Not looking to mail anything, so you'll need to pick up in the twin cities metro area.

Trees include:

  • A large flame maple I picked up last year but never got a chance to work on or repot.
  • A gold leaf ficus I picked up from Meehan's Miniatures a couple years ago. It has done great until a few weeks ago when it has start shedding leaves and browning. Haven't yet been able to figure out why the sudden change but am trying to triage.
  • An american larch (tamarack). I picked this up a couple years ago as well and just slip potted it into a bigger container to let it get bigger, as it was pretty small. It's off to a good start and will be a great tree!
  • Some random elm yardmadori! I chopped this thick trunk when we moved into our house 3 years ago in hopes if turning it into a nice tree. I had grown some lower branches but the rabbits ate them, so now it just has a nice big growth up top where they couldn't reach.
  • A dwarf albert spruce I picked up at home depot last spring for the reddit tree contest. I started to style it last year, but got busy and never finished. GREAT base on this thing.

Please message me with any offers, just looking for a good home for these bigger trees I won't have room for.
