Was watering today and noticed one of the main top branch splits was totally cracked. Hanging by the skin basically. Prob a damn squirrel or bird Anyway I immediately soaked the broken Branch with water and attached it back. The fit was nearly flawless , so it's totally Greenwood touching Greenwood. I then wrapped the branch tight and finished with a few drops of super glue to seal Then watered with super thrive and sat it in the shade. What's my chance of success ? Or do you think I'll eventually have to remove and seal ? It would totally screw up the shape , sillouette of this tree of I have to end up removing.

It depends on how much it might have dried before its reattachment. I would consider putting a plastic bag over the broken branch and keeping it out of the sun.
Wish you luck.

The branch was still green when the attached. Also dipped the end into a solution of water and super thrive. Tied with grafting ribbon then sealed worn super glue. Then Jist put a small baggie over the whole break and sealed. I'll keep it in shade for a while and make sure the leaves are moist. Water as needed and keep my fingers crossed 🤞🏻

I'd worry the super glue would get in and block the cambrium from connecting because it is so thin and watery. Too late now, but a cut paste or wax or something (whatever you would normally use for grafting) may have been better.

Agreed. I used a medium thick cyno glue Has a syrupish consistency. Tried mu best to keep to them outside of the break 🤞🏻
