Could anyone please recommend the best mix, and percentages, for repotting using the materials I have available:

Turface
Haydite
Granigrit- Growers Grade
Soil Perfector- Naturally derived ceramic mineral that is durable and lightweight containing thousands of storage spaces that hold the perfect balance of water, air and nutrients for an improved soil structure
Fir Bark
Builders Sand
Pea Gravel
Diatomaceous Earth

and of course potting soil

Thanks to all for your contributions

Asking for soil recipes is like yelling fire in a crowded theater...

My $.02 based on what you have listed would be equal parts of turface, soil perfector, and fir bark.

Never use potting soil as part of a bonsai soil mix.

I've had really good luck with a mixture of Haydite, course sand and composted pine bark.
I mix them at about 40% Haydite, 40% sand and 20% bark.
If its a tree you haven't re-potted yourself, I always try and recover a little of the soil the tree was already in too.
Plus, I'm in nearly the same area you are.

Ha Ha-yeah and my hairs' on fire!!

Thanks for the input

P.S.-I have been known to use a bit if the dreaded potting soil in my mix for Bald Cypress

Thanks chappy-

I've planted pines in the mix you suggested, but use fir bark instead of decomposed pine bark.

I just have one hell of a time finding decomposed pine bark around here. Any suggestions?

Fir bark is OK to use.

I'd suggest 60-40 Turface bark.
