I’ve been working this one for a year now. Originally from Wigerts. Chopped last year and have done clip and grow since then. Not sure what to do with the inverse taper leading into the first branch. Chop? This time of year I have to trim and work this at least I nice a month.

I bought a much cheaper version from Wigerts. It has shed almost all of it's bark and has self reduced to a few spindly branches, looks like crap. Not Wigert's fault whatsoever, just didn't like winter indoors I think. Yours looks good.

this one looks cool ...
I think this is what we call sicklebush (dichrostachys cinerea)
looks exactly like an african acacia without thorns.
the bark is awesome.
