In 2018, I choped (should have gone lower) a prunus cerasifera that was growing in an empty plot right next to my house. ( the owner was happy I was clearing his plot of bushes.)

In October 2019 I finally got the courage and knowledge to dig and plant it in a container.

In December 2019 did a prune

In March 2021 I repoted it in a ceramic pot with some better soil.
I think the dieback has increased a bit.

Finally, as of today, the tree has increased a bit the ramification, some additional dieback on the top, but will leave it alone this year to do its thing.
Most likely it will not bloom this year.

This guy has increased a bit the ramification.
Also I let a few wips go long, thinking I might thread graft them or just increase the base a bit more.

Still no flowers this year, but I’m not in a hurry
