I believe red, because some look orange at the moment, this is the first time I have seen it fruit, haven't had the tree that long.

Looked like a fair price to me. You pay for the tree not the pot. I get your point, but I would pay for a good trunk if it came in a plastic bag!

There seems to be a pretty big disparity in prices between Europe and the US. Prices in the US seem higher. As LM10 said, most trees with any trunk size are going to cost.
