I'm the annoying flickering neon light.
Ya never know if it's supposed to blink like that or if it's busted.

Elections today. These are the people and parties we can vote for.
Not arguing, just showing what a multi-party system can look like.
Kahlil Gibran and The Prophet is kinda like that band Chumbawumba and their song Tubthumping. My good good friend’s younger brother came to me last night, across the open “window-hole” of my apocalypse area.. asking if I could recommend some spiritual/intellectually enlightening reading material...
This is the FIRST bag I’m sending his way.

Hehe!!! Exactly.. but he had never read it.. and I wasn’t loaning him my “Collected Works of..” HAHAHA!!I have not, but it always seemed like fun.
I did do a pen pal sort of thing writing porn stories with a high school ex girlfriend when she moved. They were awful. We were still both virgins.
Also...
Kahlil Gibran and The Prophet is kinda like that band Chumbawumba and their song Tubthumping.
How did the worst thing they ever did become the one they were best known for when they have so much mind blowing material out there?
Speaking of enlightenment..his is the FIRST bag I’m sending his way.
Absolutely fantastic!! Thank you for sharing!!!!!!!!!Came across this today.
Suggested Timeline for the Development of Magical Miniature Landscapes, Up to Year 1
www.magiminiland.org
A rough history of the development of the arts and technologies related to the keeping of potted plants, especially trees, including the greater contexts of changes and developments. Includes horticultural developments (including early greenhouse technology!), as well as the evolution of pottery and ceramics, and how they were used in various places at various times.
Long read.
Fascinating!
I haven't read it all either. It's split into Chinese history, Japanese history, and then the rest of world. I glossed over most of the rest of the world. Mind blowing thinking of familiar history in terms of the cultural exchange of horticultural practices and pottery technology.Absolutely fantastic!! Thank you for sharing!!!!!!!!!
I did not read the whole thing in ONE sitting... because tiny illuminated rectangles are NO WAY to read!
But I will be reading it in sections.
