It's really nice to know your JBPs are really healthy and growing good with all that lush foliage but dang then comes late October and then the work begins, pulling literally thousands of needles depending of course upon how many JBPs you have which in my case is around 19. Of course you also have big temperature changes with temps in the 40s and 50s here in the DFW area even so it's off to work with a chill sometimes. You've got to get those branches exposed, the main character of any bonsai as far as I'm concerned. :)

Really nice looking trees....and a fabulous job you did removing needles. I can imagine the feeling you might get with the branches now clean and exposed....both exhaustion and renewed excitement. Mighty fine!
