I've been tryng for an hr to post two simple pictures but it doesn't seem to be...I wanted to let folks know that in a communication with Bill Valvanis today, I discovered he had some nice
cascade chojubai over 2 decades old and trained that he was gonna repot this weekend and put in his sales yard. I thought before they got away, I'd let the folks know they're available as mostly you find untrained starts. I'll try again later to post pictures later.

here's atleast one of them

I did end up with getting one of three that Bill had available :)

Damn that's a nice one Dick! And congratulations on getting one. Pic?? Darn it, we have property taxes coming up and I'm just a bit tight right now. But I'd LOVE to own one of those!!

The one pic you did post was a really nice looking tree. Reminds me of fredtruck's trees in stylistic content. (that's a compliment fredtruck:))

Nice tree. Is that one of the ones Bill was selling, or was it already part of your collection?

Chris

This was one of two Bill still had available. mine is shipping today with arrival on saturday.
Wife said to tell everyone it was valentine's gift. gosh, what am I gonna have to do today to top that :)

wish i had a dime for every time i tried to post the "other two"...:)

We'll give it another whorl now..... if you don't see a photo, well you'll get what I'm talking about :)

Any idea why I can't get anything posted anymore? I've never had trouble before, just lately?
Hmmm, thank-you for getting the problem solved. I was hopeful all along to get some comments....

The chojubai arrived via the post in excellent shape today. From bottom of the pot it stands 8 inches to top and length is same . It has one little green leaf showing!
I am so pleased!

Are there any chojubai still available, from any source? I have come to terms with the fact that I am in love with chojubai and probably will love it for the rest of my life! ( Please don't adjust the asking price based on that comment :p )

I just got some nice red chojubai plants from my friend. I'll have them for sale at the Midwest Bonsai Show in the Chicago area next weekend, August 16-19, 2013. The three year old plants are in 4 inch pots and have many branches.

Sorry I cannot ship.

Bill
