I am intrigued and will be watching. Stunning color of those flowers. Is this a fruit producing plant? Forgive my ignorance but I suppose their could be varieties that only flower.

I suppose it has currants, yes. Wasn't sure weather to post in flowering or fruiting forum.

When you take pictures in flower, post in flowering, in fruit, post in fruiting. If your doing a progression, post where ever you started out posting, it doesn't really matter.
