I have a little pie cherry that isn't draining well at all. At this rate I'll have to start soaking the pot to make sure it gets really wet.
Would it be bad if I I repotted now? I'm just starting to get temps in the low 80's.
I wouldn't do any root removal, just comb them out and get all the old substrate removed.

I no longer believe this is "out of season".

More strongly believe it would be better to wait till the next full moon.

Sorry, I have no belief that the moon has anything to do with planting or harvest. It

your tree's funeral, lady.

Seriously though I repotted a crab in second week of August last year and bountiful roots were poking out drain holes by fall. Very happy again this year. no top reduction. that was the time of humidity up and Temps down, but still 2 months before frost.

not a rx, just an anecdote.
