Repotting Juniper Early

1) Anyone experience issue repotting early?

2) My juniper are now turning from slightly brown to a little green.
Are those the sign that its time to repot? Or I need to wait until all become green or a tip extending?

Or until the wind blows it off the bench and breaks the pot to pieces.
Like this one.

Then you can repot EARLY because you have to.

And find that it doesn't skip a beat. :)

Junipers in California, timing is usually never an issue, yeah. I meant wait for bud push in response to his question about deciduous.
