Reworking Green Island after Cold Damage

Here is a Green Island that unfortunately suffered
substancial damage from the winter cold a year ago...

The cost, unfortunately was the whole top of the tree.
I thought it was actually gone for good, but it did come
back, very slowly...

Just gave it a bare minimal style, lifting up a leader
so as to not upset it too much...
trunk is about 6 plus inches thick.

Looks like it's coming back well. Time to start rebuilding. Do you have any pictures from before the freeze?
