RMJ brown needle tips.

I received the RMJ a couple of weeks ago. The tips on the some of the foliage was brown, like it’s been pinched, and in other places looked like new growth on the tips. It’s my first RMJ so I’m wondering if this is something I need to worry about or not. Any advice appreciated ..thanks

Looks fungal and very weak...treat with some mancozeb and let grow untouched for a yr to bush up.

I pretty much figured that’s what it was. I didn’t think the tree looked weak, but then again I’ve never had a RMJ. I have intention of doing anything to it but getting it strong and healthy. I’m going to a study group in Feb...I was planning on taking it to lay out a plan for the future. Thanks for your response
