The following bronze Snail was stolen some time during the day on Sunday 09-05-2021 during the 52nd Annual Rocky Mountain Society Bonsai show held in Denver, Co. at the Denver Botanic Gardens.

Please contact me if you if you have any information on this stolen item or if someone is trying to sell something similar. It is very special to the person who owned it.

That's so depressing to hear that someone would do that. Actually steal from a display. Ugh.

The thief will be punished forever. Unusual stuff has to remain hidden from everyone, or someone might recognize it for what it is and that would mark the possesser as a thief. It's hard to sell for the same reason. The thief wouldn't be privy to the provenance if he were confronted by someone. If he shows it to family and friends they might insist that he display it proudly and his recalcitrance would be hard to explain, the more he resists, the more suspecious it looks! It's an albatross around the neck of the thief. Rough justice self-inflicted.

Sorry to say but of general populace exceedingly few would have been there or even noticed this(guessing small)item let alone recognize at later time. Even fewer care. Sad someone so lacking in common courtesy or decent morality. "We" would be exceptions in society.
