I rooted these roughly 1" thick branches. They've been exploding with growth, but it recently stopped and some of the buds and new growth are dying off.

They're in regular potting soil now. I'd been keeping the soil damp before they showed growth, then watering normally when the soil is dry down to about an inch. I haven't disturbed them since putting them in there a month or so ago. Should I repot now, or just leave them be?

These new shoots are created by the reserves of "energy" stored in the cells of the cutting.
I keep my lilac cuttings (they have also sprouted new shoots) protected into a clear plastic humidity dome and mist them daily.
