Ryan Neil and procumbens

I've had this cascading procumbens for awhile, and the problem was that it had no movement in the first 12" or so. It came straight out then dropped down with movement. Back in Sept Ryan twisted it back on itself, and we let it rest til Dec when I repotted it into a Sara Rayner pot. Last week I had Ryan for the day and he set the foliage into position. Unfortunatly, we didn't take a "before" picture. The first picture shows the tree after bending, and the second in the Sara Rayner pot, and the pads wired and set last week.
He spent most of the day working on a large juniper that I will post next.

This is an interesting tree to look at for a while :) I am surprised that you looped the upper trunk behind the lower trunk. I'm not sure that would have been my choice.

Then again, I am not Ryan :)

No one will call that a cookie cutter bonsai. That seems to defy all convention...but I like it.

Looks just like the operation Kimura did on a Juniper in the stone lantern juniper book.
