ShadyStump
Imperial Masterpiece
I'm nowhere near doing deadwood carving or the like, but the thought just popped into my head: wouldn't sandblasting make for some very smooth and natural looking deadwood?
I've never done sandblasting myself before, but I'm familiar with the concepts behind it, and was intrigued enough by the notion I wanted to hear others' thoughts or experiences.
Anyone ever tried it? What do you think the upsides/downsides would be relative to more conventional techniques?
