Satsuki problem

Hi,
I have a Satsuki with this problem in it’s leaves. it seems fungus. Somebody can help me?

Where are you located? Perhaps you’re going into fall season and this is fall leaf turn? Please put your location in your profile so we can give you advice for your climate.

Upon a closer second look, I'd use Daconil, to be safe.....of its available to you.
I've heard not to use it on Azaleas.....but I do, and its never killed one.

Could be old leaves from last year ready to be removed, but with a closer look some of the green ones have the same thing. I would take them off and hit it with Daconil as you're going into spring and I use as preventative measure for fungus. Are any of the leaves curling? That is leaf miner and needs insecticide if so, but I don't see any in the photo.
