No big deal is clear over in Sweden. Euro could stand a sobering invasion of something besides undesireables from middle east:p. Maybe USA as well. Just not Triffids:rolleyes:.

Have you not been following our current political season?

An "invasion of something else"? Well yes, I'd be greatly indebted to you if you could send over the cavalry, lead by Arnold Swartzkopf. He'll take care of the Triffids and .... you know .... like ..... uh .... those other ones you mentioned.

Whats the mystery spawn doing today?
Not much has happened, Eferguson. The translucent matter has shrivelled only slightly more than it was yesterday. This might take
longer than we expected. It's that orange thing in the middle that's the interesting part. I'm tempted to lift the thing up to see if its' rooted or just lying on the surface .... but that would be risking breaking the roots - if there are any.

Just now; 2 June 2016, 7:40 AM. Not very much change. Just shrivelling slowly.

One would have to live in abandoned mine to not see these things. Very familiar with disease of socialism/progressiveism/freeloaderism:rolleyes:.

As I am a life long Socialist-Democrat (compelled only temporarily to vote otherwise because of specific reasons) it might be better to leave political philosophy out of the thread.

or capitalism !?
Thank you.

Audrey2. While you're waiting, watch Little Shop of Horrors. Fun flick.
Funny that I've heard a lot about that film but have never seen it. Isn't it a new and stretched out version of an old short-film? Twilight Zone? Outer Limits? Science Fiction Theater? .... or something like that?

The stage musical was derived from the old B&W film, yes. The movie version of the stage musical is good, but it's more fun to see the stage version. Especially if the theatre can handle some of the stagecraft effects at the end, with Audrey2 taking over the world.

3 June 2016, 5PM:
I thought the translucent outer was going to dry, crack and leave the orange core on its own. I was wrong!
