I have these two growths that have been growing about a month, and a month and a half. I want to definitely repot the corner growth, as it seems like it will be easy to extract the roots in tact from the corner. The taller (but bent, I poked too hard!) growth is right next to the trunk of the main growth, so I wonder if I should let it grow a little larger before removing and repotting.

If it were me I think I would leave them a bit longer.
They will only get stronger and have better roots.

But then Im new at this bonsai game so I would wait on others with more knowledge to chim in.

They look like they would snap with the easiest of ease. I would definitely way until there's some wood formation.
If you want low branching, now would be the time to pinch off the apical growth. There's still a lot of energy in them, and my bet is that they'll branch out in a Y-shape with relative ease.
