Serissa Bug Problem

I have a beautiful serissa and it has some bug problem. I saw some little greyish white bug running around through the moss/gravel. As well as have little webs inbetween the exposed roots. Any suggestions?

Without a picture it is hard to tell. I have trouble with mites on mine at times. I have used Bayer 3 in 1 with good success. I would treat with it several times, following the instructions. That should do it.

The bug is right in the middle-left below the wire. Theres a couple of them crawling around.

Every time I've used the Bayer 3 in 1 , the pellets that you put in the soil, it has worked. I haven't seen and bad bugs on my bonsai in like 5 years! ( I do allow small spiders to protect my trees too)
