Serissa heavy wiring, all leafs turn dark and droppy. Is it going to go dead or?

Few days ago just did quite a heavy wiring bending on my well grown serissa. Will it survive?

Maybe, but probably not. If you "overbend" you end up cracking the branches, which breaks the vascular system. Not much you can do, just give it time, the trunk might sprout new growth.
