We are aware of the recent site latency and downtime. They are being caused by hardware issues with our cloud-based host server and its assigned storage array. Administrators are working on the problem and should have it resolved shortly.

I laughed out loud! I had two projects completed with electricians. The cable line buried outside AND got an appliance guy to look at a warranty item! SCARY!
