Plan is to cut foliage back closer to trunk eventually. Didn’t want to take too much off during first styling. I wish the branches leaving the trunk were smaller so I may Jin the larger ones eventually and use smaller ones that develop.

Very nice juniper and a great styling too. I guess it is shohin size? Hard to tell with nothing for scale.

Yes, it is shohin size. It is wider than I would like it to be, but I am happy with the height.
