Chumono
I've been reading this forum for quite some time, registerd myself some months ago and I think it is time to introduce myself.
I live in the Netherlands and I passed the age of 50.
As a kid and teenager I always helped my dad in the garden and I learned to prune the niwaki pine trees in the garden of my parents.
When I moved out of my parents house I started growing bonsai trees in my mid 20's for around 15 years.
Because of changes in my life I didn't have the time to keep up with the bonsai hobby and it stopped.
Because of the covid situation last year I started with the bonsai hobby again and the love for it is fully back again!!
There is so much info online nowadays and I love watching Youtube videos about bonsai.
My main focus will be on Shimpaku, Hinoki and Pines.
At the moment I don't have any pictures but I will probably post some pictures of my trees in other threads.
