This one is not mine, it has been trained by Danielle, the "President" of our club.

Not so many women are recognized as "masters" in the world of bonsai, except a few like Marija Hajdić (http://www.animabonsai.com/)

But Danielle has this kind of feminine touch that makes her bonsai loveable. Here is one of those she brought at a plant fair this weekend, my favorite one among the 20 or so trees that were on display:

No mention of Kathy Shaner?

But, the list is too short.
And so it is in science and engineering too.

Sexist pigs we are.

Reminds me that the best thing in life is to curl up in bed with a good book or, better, someone that knows how to read one. :)

Lovely tree Alain! Danielle "kan d'r wat van", as we say in the Netherlands. Very nice, big kudo!

The Anima trees are always impressive, and so is their progression!

Also, to add a few to the list (besides Judy), Victrinia's style is not bad either! And there's another lady over here (OP of the tree thread, keep forgetting her name) who also produces sweet trees!

I guess not all ladies like fiddling with wood all day long ;)
