Hi all

I got this little 5 inch tree in early 2019 and let the tree pick it's own style with some little help with wire etc. No real hard pruning etc as I was advised as its ugly and need chopping back :)

It's a unique tree that has grown on me the past few months. Not a perfect specimen but a different look for a C Elm

I think you've got a great start there. If you want to improve the nebari at some point you could ground layer it and get a more radial root spread.
