Here is a little bit of texas, that just got it's first styling...
This had just been hedged to shape by it's previous owner,
who wanted to trade me for some work... same fellow I got
a hold of my large Brazilian Rain Tree from.

Sorry I wasn't able to get anymore pics it was getting dark,
and all the picks of close-ups were to hard to see...

Good points about this tree, it will end up being an awesome
tree, style wise in a very short amount of time... Bad part with it,
It obviously was container grown and has some tangled nebari...
And a big chunk of bark that shedded right in front on the trunk...

Looks promising. You need to fix the roots ASAP...not sure but you may have a wrap around root these running on the front.

I have yet to find a nice TX Ebony here. You would think I should found a decent one by now but no luck yet.

Are those actually roots or the base of the tree?
