Sorry for such a bad picture but I leave for work when it is still dark and it is dark by the time I get home I haven't been able to take a daytime picture yet since the color change LOL

My fall is very mild and I don't get beautiful colors. Only one of my +30 trees produces a slight change of color....

If you want nice autumm colors get Parthenocissus quinqueifolia or tricuspidata, they make awesome colors even with almost no cold

I am going to grow more of these Siberian Elm.
These were all outdoor grown.I am excited to see what my indoor hydroponic crop will do.They are always more vigorous.I had nno idea they colored this good.

Great results, a very interesting experience.
On Wikipedia, I read about Ulmus pumila: "However, flowers emerging in early February are often damaged by frost, consequently the species was dropped from the Dutch elm breeding programme"
But we're not really interested in elm flowers, are we? ;)
