The folks at Bogan's Bonsai (southern Indiana) emptied their pool, put a greenhouse top on it and use it as a greenhouse. Brilliant, if the pool starts costing too much to maintain. https://bogansbonsai.com/

Simplest design as could be, but that benefits as I’m renting so it’s easy to tear down and move.

Well, not so easy to move, as my garden is a townhouse rooftop.

My wife and I joke that when we travel out to the PNW its all we can do to not cancel our return flights.

I’ll need to remember to post another pic on a clear day. Right about the tops of those clouds in the mid-ground is the peaks of the Olympics, and on a clear day they cut across the sky…or even better float amongst the clouds.

I will likely be trading my view for a proper yard this fall, but at least bonsai has helped me achieve my goal of getting up on my roof every single day.
