This old collected Potentilla is now a shadow of what it used to be, with most of the deadwood having crumbled away due to rot brought on by neglect before I owned it. This summer I finally stabilized what little intact wood remains, and settled on a new more compact design after completely changing the basic branch structure.

I'm not convinced the current image is better than the older one, but its the best I could do given the hand I was dealt. Now to find an appropriate pot... won't be easy.

I think you did one hell of a job with what you had to work with.

It certainly looks like a tree that has been worn down by passing time. A believable image.
