I dont think i started a thread on this one. its for sale anyway, but maybe someone will find the process useful.

From nursery material i picked up in june 2017, a short photo story

this side of the tree was already rotted inside

then it was shortened because the top was very weak, the first chop i made was too deep

the lower chop also obscured the big wound better

and today after some basic styling, the hollow side has grew on me and is the preferred front

These were sold on ebay. ive actually sold quiet a few trees past few weeks, mainly to make space.
