soil source?

I'm looking for good deals on akadama, pumice, lava, kanuma and river rock. Does anyone have sources that are relatively cheap and high quality? Shipping costs are starting to be ridiculous...

I get pumice and lava off ebay when I see it for cheap in a large USPS box shipped for cheap. Dry stall is pumice that I think feed stores carry. Not sure about the other stuff as I don't use it. Best bet is to find the same stuff with different names.
