This is an ordinary landscape variety green Acer palmatum. I started it about 8 years ago from a 5 gallon nursery tree about 8 feet tall. Now its about 14 inches tall. In a Sara Rayner pot.
This is the best fall color it has ever had.

Nice. I am always jealous of the colors others get on their fall foliage. Here, I get maybe a blush of color and then the leaves turn brown, crinkle up, then fall off.
