I did this in January, with no knowledge of anything. Now thinking about dismanteling it to use the pot and soil for a new project...

I think that would be a good move. Considering how bare these spruces are, it will take a long time to get this back to life and filled up. Pot the stil healthy trees up separately for a new project too.

Do you know what caused the decline in health?
