Thank you -- lovely that you had the paths to yourself -- so serene & timeless
Thank You TinyArt, it's very nice. ;)

I haven't shown you photos of bonsai for a "long time".
We will correct that. :D 🙂

Regulars will immediately recognize where I'm taking you if I show you this alley with this Master coming to meet us. 🙂

Do you recognize this place ?

It is very common in Japan, but it is true that I was surprised to see some at Kimura's place.
When you go to his place, you expect the best, of course I saw beautiful trees at his place and I don't mean his garden, but I saw even more beautiful elsewhere, I'll show you.

That said, the beer crates have an advantage, they allow an optimal air circulation under the pots.

We can also be surprised at the choice of an oval pot for this masculine tree, but I would be very proud to have any of these trees in my collection.

His workshop.

His garden, or rather the visible part of his garden.

As you can see, I loved this, this plant taking over the stones, I think it's beautiful.
I wondered what it was for a plant, at home, in Belgium, we do this kind of thing with Buxus.
But in Japan, they do it with azaleas.
I like satsuki and I regretted a little not to have visited Japan in May-June.

His students tidy up the garden.
We recognize Hiroaki, the son of Shinji Suzuki.

I went back in April to visit the International Expo in Omiya, an azalea was already in bloom.
Imagine when they are all, it must be magical. :)
