PIcked up a small nursery stock Juniperus Procumbens before Christmas, and did nothing for a while whilst I just watched it. Today I was doing a lot of spring repottings, and included this as well. Very good rootage, and a good leader to cascade. This evening I did some basic shaping, will still need some wiring or strings to set the branch angles, and some attention to the shape of the cascade.

It's a decent start

Should remove pot from saucer to prevent wet roots;). Good idea Cascade however more movement would enhance interest of tree later on.

The saucer was only there to stop it dripping on the living room floor and annoying my wife :)
No drip trays used outside on my benches.
Remember this is not wired yet, the primary branches have been selected, next step is to get that direction going, I just wanted to record progress so far.
