Stressed Corkscrew Willow after repotting

I wired, bent, twisted, root pruned and repotted a Corkscrew Willow. The next morning all the leaves except for the leaves on the bottom branch wilted. The wilted leaves are still green. I assume its under a great deal of stress.

Any suggestion on how to care for a stressed Corkscrew Willow is appreciated.
