You've got wire that's not doing anything. The 5 loops of wire below the first branches add no value. Wiring is a problem that's already been solved. Its easy to learn. Its marginally harder to do, but you'll pick up on it by practicing it. One of the best bonsai wiring resources available is also free: https://www.craftsy.com/class/bonsai-wiring-essentials/.

I doubt the tree is going to thrive in that soil. It will likely need something much more free-draining.

As for the styling, I like it. Its a little hard to tell how much depth the branches have or if they're all off to the sides so pay attention to that as it develops. Also, if you clean up the lines of the branches/pads, the design will really come into focus. That just means removing the stuff that hangs downward, being careful not to remove too much foliage. That may be something to work on after spring growth if you're concerned about stressing the plant by removing too much at once right now.
