Suggestions for after care of collected material?

My yard space is limited, a lot of full sun spots, but only a small area with a shade cloth. I just potted up some lg. yews yest. and today. Can these be in full sun or move them under the shade cloth? If so, how long? Should I mist them when I can?

I've kept my yews in relatively full sun even after collection. I never bothered to mist them - frankly, I've never misted any tree that I've collected.
