Hello all :)

What table style and color would be the best for this tree?

If you guys also have suggestions on a better pot/color for this tree iam all ears.

Since it will be indoors most of the year (we have very long and dark winters here in scandinavia) i was thinking of this big aluminium lamp from Ikea with a 40-60w fluorescent bulb.

You'll definitely need more powerful lighting than a 40-60w bulb. You should research T-5 fixtures.

Very nice tree, though.

this is not incandescent bulbs, this would be fine , I use a 2 lamp fixture w/ CW 40s, it works fine. A 23 w lamp lights up my 1/2 acre back yard, can't match wattages between the types of fixtures. It would probably only be good for the one tree with that fixture.

Thanks for the input Alex, i have looked at T5's, but havent found any fixture that looks good, offcourse the tree's needs come first, but i still want something that looks good to.

Thanks Bill, i to think that lamp with around 40-60w cfl will be good for this one tree :)

Any thoughts on table and pot for the tree?

Bill, thanks for the clarification. Disregard my initial post. lol

I think the pot matches the tree well, but I suppose you could aim for a glazed pot of a similar shape. I'm really not to the point where I'm worry about pots matching my trees as most of them are in early stages of training. I wish I could be of more help, but all I can offer is my admiration of your tree. Good luck. :)

Not too up on stands and tables, hoping Smoke shows up on this one, he's our resident display guy, I am still in the beginner stage as far as that part goes.

Alex, thank you for the kind words about the tree :) i have not gotten the tree home yet, the seller (bonsaipotter.com) cant send it since its to cold here at the moment. But iam sure the pictures cant do the tree justice, and i cant wait to see it my self in person :D
It will be the crown of my indoor collection.

Bill, i to hope he will drop by and give me his thoughts, i am also a beginner when it comes to matching tree, pots and stands, so every input is more than welcome.

I love this forum so far, everyone is so nice and helpfull :)
