Thank you for another wonderful book. This new book is over the top eye candy and is very informative as well. Lots of progression photos. And the photos are breathtaking.

I finally finished reading my copy. What a wondefull book. Bill was gracious enough to sign mine and i appreciate it. I couldn't imagine any serious student not wanting to have this book at their disposal. thank-you Bill for all your efforts to learn and share. :)

Dick,

Bill signed mine too, without even being asked. I appreciated it and really enjoyed the book. I lent it to a friend of mine who enjoyed it as well. I was surprised at how many of Bill's trees had a connection to either North Carolina, South Carolina or someone who is/was a member of the Bonsai Society of the Carolinas.

Bill,

Thanks for the book!

Regards,
Martin

I am still waiting for mine...I hope there is a surprise signature too. :D If not, I know I will enjoy it anyway. :)

It's amazing. The amount of years between photos. It really shows the amount of time to develop great trees

Thanks for all your kind comments!

I tried my best to show how I developed 100 of my finest specimens. But, I did not want to have just a pretty coffee table book. So added quite a bit of first hand information on HOW they were developed. Additionally, several short photo essays on techniques I've used have been included in the text.

The first part of the book includes information on Classical Bonsai Art which cannot be found anywhere. I hope my humble contribution to the bonsai community will assist others in their development of beautiful bonsai.

Bill

PS:
Although the book ended up well illustrated, I'm sad that so many older photos got burned and destroyed during my home BBQ a few years ago. But, am thankful I was able to save what I did.

I ordered but still waiting for it. Can't wait to open the book up!

Thank you for the book, Bill. I preordered mine and received it some time ago so have had a chance to read it in detail. It is a wealth of information and truly something that I will treasure for years to come.
