That's My Little Girl

Well she's actually not little anymore, she's well into he 30s, but ever since she could hold a pencil or a crayon in her hand, she would love to draw. I guess that's why she ended being an architect rather than a nurse like she started out to be.

Anyway a few years ago I asked her to draw me a few bonsai pics for me, for what reason I don't know. She did a quick pencil drawing of a few and just a few days ago she dug them out and decided to color them in. I was really impressed when she posted them on FB. Sure wish I could draw like that.

Mine is only 7 Thomas, and still I know she will always be my little girl. Nice subject matter.

Bill, hang on to every precious day because they go by so fast. Little girls are something else. I am very fortunate that I also have a little grandaughter that is taking after her aunt in the drawing dept. Heck she even caught on real quick when I taught her to water my trees. She's 12 now and it won't be long she'll be wanting a car.

Lovin most every minute, she does help Dad with the tree watering sometimes, mostly gets bugged that they keep me from her too often, or at least she thinks so. Yes everyone tells me once the teen kicks in watch out.

Yeah that mothers love thing always wins out over anything else I do, but I keep trying.
