Welp my sister caught the bug 🤣

After eye rolling at me for a few months when I got hooked on all this last summer she broke out her old aero garden and started a few tomato, jalapeno and basil plants. Last week she stole one my brother in laws grow light he uses for his starters (he has a large legal grow operation) and potted these up yesterday. Now she's researching a bunch of indoor tree varieties trying to decide what she wants to grow when the veggies go outdoors.

I think it was the vase she stole when the pots I got from @sorce arrived that set the hook so thanks buddy now I can get some indoor stuff lol.

Hoya nummularioides, just a small start and already blooming. Such tiny little flowers.

I have 5 out of 28 in leca. Its the ones that like it a bit damper or that are finicky about consistent water amounts.

I might move a few more into it this summer.

Just another Pilea Peperomioides. 2 bucks in a 2 inch cup from the local farmers market.
I guess they are in demand these days....who knew? The pure coir substrate from the original cup is garbage. The roots were fine and wrapped up in the coir. I left it. Be cognizant of your watering if you keep the original substrate. The stuffs a sponge........

nice, good price, i paid around $8 in taxachusetts for mine, i forget from where, maybe home depot.
im a fan of them andmines similar size. ive managed to keep it healthy all winter, but it hasnt taken off for me yet, per se. i think
thats the story for a handful of my plants, they are just sustaining until the spring when the house is warmer and less dry.

id love to have it take off and be a statement plant at some point, they have nice qualities (bark and size eventually, and history/symbolism)

My mud man jungle, aka baby tears. Love the stuff, makes a great ground cover in large potted plants. Gramma had a lemon tree for years with it covering the pot.

Also, a couple small air plants after a nice soak in the aquarium.

Here's mine...

- Monstera
- Kumquat (will be outdoors in summer)
- Terrariums - including Asparagus Fern, Ivy, moss and I forget the green and white plant in the larger one?
- Baby tears? Unsure of proper name. Started in the tiniest pot last year - £2 from Tesco!
- Snake plant
- Variagated String of Hearts
- Boston Fern
- Lithops (butt plants! 🍑) Guy round the corner from me had them on his driveway giving them away last year. Couldn't say no to a plant shaped like a butt!

Awesome

Props on keeping those butts alive! Ppl over water them often. Monstera is a stage ahead of mine and looks great. Green and white are vein plant, fittonia i believe. Not easy unless humid.

Great plant selection you have!

Thanks 😊 The butts are super weird! But they're fun. Yes fittonia, that's the one. Seems to be doing great in the terrarium, loves the humidity. Monstera hasn't had any new split leaves in a while, putting it down to being winter
