The I Don't Care if Bonsai is Art, I Just Like the Trees Tread

As I polish off my magnum bottle of $7.99 merlot, I have been reflecting on all of this discussion on art. To me, it really doesn't matter, I appreciate the trees for what they are - TREES, when I am watering trimming, or wiring, it gives me great peace. So if you are with me, respond by saying" I don't care" and post some pictures of what you have been doing with your trees. Don't worry about how advanced you are, this for newbies and experts.

I'll get it stated, I worked on azaleas and a ficus today


No before on this one. I have been working on creating some neagri style. I removed wire and trimmed, this is a Chinzan satsuki

Not really trying to bash anybody here, I draw, paint, have been even know to sculpt, but what does it matter? I LOVE trees, I don't care if it is art or not, I just like trees.

I envy your willow leaf.
I have one over here with a beautiful (to my eyes) trunk and I am trying to get back budding but it is stubborn (due to my climate conditions I believe)

I will, in very specific situations, pay a professional to work on my trees... this was one of those situations.
