I had a similar root on a crape Myrtle that I removed and planted. It sat for months before finally budding. Remember never give up before 7/4.

Now the challenge is to make something attractive from it :p

Sometimes it fits in the overall design.

I recently read a (lengthy) post by Walter Pall about the same subject. The photos were quite convincing.

Ahhh makes sense. Will know more when we get back from Honduras then. Thanks!

It won't be treated like my Virginia Creeper. It will be kept cut back short. These look better that way.
